Hi there.
My name is Busisiwe I'm a regular customer at your sandton guess kids. I bought my 2year old Son some clothing during December the cloths happen to be a size small. I was away during December and only came back 22012010. When i entered your store today i was hoping to get good customer services but i was wrong. Nthabiseng who was less interested in what i have to say, instead of listing to what i wanted to do with the clothing that i had. She asked me if i read my return policy, out of shock i took my slip out and she pointed to show me that i had only 14 days to return. I came to the store to exchange for a bigger size the clothing that i had ,had price tags still attached, never been worn and still in a saleable condition.When i asked to speak to some one at head office she told me that there was no one cause apparently the operation manager is on leave and he is the only person to speak to.She took my numbers and said someone will call me. My question is Why such a fuss cause i only wanted the some clothing but in a bigger size.The money that im spending at your is not worth the services that i got.
